We want you to love your bag. If something's not right, here's how it works.

30-day returns

You can return an item within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible, it should be unused and in its original condition.

How to start a return

Email [CONTACT_EMAIL] with your order number and what you'd like to do. We'll send you the return details.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your returned item, we'll refund your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

Fancy a different colour? Get in touch and we'll help you swap.

Damaged or wrong items

If your bag arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right — a replacement or a full refund.

Return shipping

Unless the item was damaged or incorrect, return shipping is covered by the buyer. We'll always tell you the address to send it back to.
